Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PlayerDesk ("the Service"), operated at playerdesk.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

PlayerDesk is a court booking platform for tennis clubs and sports facilities. The Service allows venue operators to manage court schedules, memberships, and bookings, and allows members to reserve courts and receive notifications.

Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: interfering with other users, attempting to gain unauthorized access, submitting false information, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PlayerDesk and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PlayerDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

SMS Notification Program

The following terms apply to the PlayerDesk SMS Notifications program.

Program Description

PlayerDesk SMS Notifications delivers text messages related to your court bookings and account activity, including:

  • Booking confirmations and reminders
  • Booking cancellations and schedule changes
  • Account security notifications (e.g., password resets)
  • Administrative messages from your venue

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by usage. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your booking activity and account settings.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

Opt-In & Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and enabling SMS notifications in your account settings, you consent to receive text messages from PlayerDesk. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the Service. You can use PlayerDesk without opting in to SMS notifications.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message. You can also disable SMS notifications in your account settings.

Supported Carriers

SMS notifications are supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
