Booking created notifications
Confirmation that a booking has been added to the member’s account.
Booking cancelled notifications
Confirmation that a booking has been cancelled.
Booking modified notifications
Confirmation that a booking’s time, court, or participants changed.
Booking reminder notifications
Up to two pre-reservation reminders, configured per venue.

Booking-notification WhatsApp uses a separate consent grant from authentication. Declining notifications does not affect the account.
- Step: The member completes WhatsApp QR registration and verifies the phone.
- Step: PlayerDesk offers a separate booking-notification disclosure (not bundled with auth consent).
- Step: The member checks the notifications consent box, or declines. Declining leaves auth and membership intact.
- Step: The member verifies a mobile number if one is not already verified.
- Step: PlayerDesk shows the booking-notification WhatsApp disclosure with Privacy and Terms links.
- Step: The member checks the consent box. Auth-program consent never implies notification consent.
